At TKK Drinkware, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy before placing your order.

1. Standard Orders

For standard, non-customized products:

Orders may be cancelled before processing or shipment.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled as a standard order. Any cancellation or return request after shipment must follow our Shipping & Returns Policy.
If your cancellation request is accepted before shipment, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

For customized or personalized products:

Cancellation is available only before customization or production begins.
Once customization, printing, engraving, or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind.
Before production begins, please carefully confirm your product details, artwork, logo, text, colors, and customization requirements.

3. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

For wholesale or bulk orders:

Cancellation requests must be submitted before order processing or production begins.
Once an order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.
Any approved refund will be subject to the order status and any actual costs already incurred.

4. How to Request an Order Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please send your cancellation information to both our LINE customer service and email as soon as possible.
