Ready-to-Ship Products

Ready-to-ship products are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation on business days.

During peak seasons or exceptional circumstances, your order will be shipped within 48 hours at the latest.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Wholesale & Custom Orders

Production and delivery times for wholesale and customized orders vary depending on the order quantity, customization requirements, and production schedule.

Please contact our customer service team before placing your order to confirm the estimated production time, shipping schedule, and delivery date.

Please note that weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times.

Returns & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please provide:

  • An unboxing video, or

  • Clear photos showing the damaged product and its packaging.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred before delivery and is not caused by the customer, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate return solution at no additional cost.

Customized Products

Because customized products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Please carefully review all customization details, including text, artwork, colors, and quantities, before confirming your order.
